When reality kicks in
This is a worldwide issue. Not just USPS. This is the same theory as “when you don’t see it, you don’t feel it.” Let’s face it, packages comes from everywhere around the world and there is no guarantee that everyone that it crosses hand with is going to be gentle with it. That includes the custom, the sorter, the mail cargo handler and the courier.
Frankly speaking, I believe all packages are sent at your own risk.
People should realize that this and this is going on and there is little we can do about it. It is just like searching a needle in the hay.
When faced with up to 400 packages to deliver in a day, will you treat them all nice and dainty?
